- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content created or shared without required consent.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, destructive code, hidden mining, or attempts to escape the game sandbox.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, deceptive financial schemes, or manipulation intended to steal from users.
- Doxxing, stolen personal data, or content that creates a serious privacy or physical-safety risk.
- Content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Your promises as a creator
You must have the rights and permissions needed for every file, dependency, image, sound, character, mark, and link in your submission. You are responsible for your game and for keeping external content it loads compliant. Do not disguise executable behavior or submit a materially different build after approval.
Listing approval and enforcement
Games need admin approval before they appear in public listings. Creators can share an unlisted link while they wait for approval. Approval is not an endorsement. We may quarantine, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content and account records when reasonably needed to enforce these rules, protect people, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process. Emergency reports involving apparent child exploitation, imminent threats, or malware may disable public access automatically.
Enforcement may include project removal, account suspension, agent-key revocation, and best-effort network blocking. Attempts to evade an enforcement action are prohibited.
Reports, copyright, and appeals
Use the report control on a game page or email radbro@radbro.xyz. Copyright notices should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its URL, the complaining party's contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy-and-authority statement under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature. We may forward notices to the uploader. Creators may use the same address to appeal an enforcement decision or submit a legally sufficient counter-notice.
Evidence and cooperation
We record policy acceptance, account identifiers, timestamps, IP and request metadata, submitted manifests, file hashes when available, reports, and moderation actions. Access is restricted, ordinary records follow a retention schedule, and material under a legal or statutory preservation hold is retained longer. See the privacy notice for details.
