Information we collect
We collect account and sign-in identifiers, creator profile details, submitted game files and metadata, policy acceptances, IP addresses, device and browser user-agent strings, request timestamps and identifiers, approximate request location supplied by our hosting provider, reports, and moderation decisions. We do not intentionally collect passwords, private wallet keys, or unrelated device files.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate accounts and game hosting, prevent abuse, enforce the content policy, investigate reports, secure the service, preserve evidence, comply with legal obligations, and respond to lawful requests. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and disclosure
Ordinary moderation records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for safety, enforcement, disputes, and legal compliance. Account blocks and serious enforcement history may be retained longer to prevent evasion. Legal holds and statutory preservation obligations override normal deletion schedules. Information may be disclosed to service providers, counsel, NCMEC, emergency responders, or law enforcement when permitted or required by law.
