=======================================

Radbro #250 as a full-body, rigged, animated 3D character. glTF binary (.glb),
textures embedded. Built from the NFT art.

Run_02 run cycle, loops
Lean_Forward_Sprint sprint, loops (moves forward per cycle; pin the hips' X/Z for
                            in-place use)
Regular_Jump standing jump, one-shot
Idle standing idle, loops
Rope_Hang_Idle hanging from one hand (right hand up), loops

Fishing_Cast casts a fishing line (motion only, no rod), one-shot
Waltz ballroom waltz with an invisible partner; turns ~175 deg over
the clip, so treat it as one-shot rather than a loop

SPECS
-----
~60,000 triangles one mesh, one material (opaque)
2048x2048 baseColor embedded, no PBR maps (flat/unlit art style)
24 bones Mixamo-style naming (Hips, Spine, LeftArm, RightUpLeg, ...)
Y-up, origin at feet rigged/animated files are ~1.80 units tall including the cap

Rigs are Mixamo-compatible, so extra clips can be retargeted onto them.
Same skeleton layout as the #652, #4764, #2564, #723 and #3171 models.

NOTES
-----
* The NFT is a bust, so the lower body was designed to match: charcoal tactical cargo
  trousers and black boots.
* Hands are open and EMPTY: the AK from the NFT is not part of the model (a held prop
would be welded into the rig and every clip). Parent a rifle to RightHand if you want
  it back.
* The "Rad to the BONE" cap with its rope and the duct tape under it, the brown hair,
the tortoiseshell glasses, the black longsleeve with the red sleeve patch and the
TACTICAL plate carrier are all part of the one mesh. The cap follows the head and
  can't be removed.
* No props: Fishing_Cast is the motion only, there is no rod.
* Scale is already normalised (no 100x-too-large import).
* Textures are flat/unlit by design to match the 2D art. Under strong PBR lighting
they can look washed out; an unlit/constant material reads closest to the source.
